HLA-Ready Plate

Thaw Ready Plates 10 - 15 minutes before use
Dispense 1 μl (2000 - 3000) lymphocytes into each well
Incubate for 30 min at room temperature (DR / DQ: 60 min.)
Thaw frozen rabbit complement or reconstitute lyophilized
After the end of the 30 min. Incubation time Add 5-6 μl rabbit composition and incubate for 60 min at room temperature (DR / DQ: 120 min.)
Add 3 - 4 μl eosin (5%), wait approx. 5 min., Then add 5-6 μl formalin (37% formaldehyde) for fixation
Cover with coverslip and read Ready Plates with the inverse phase contrast microscope.

The reaction strength is documented in score values

Score 1	0 - 10%	Negative reaction
Score 2	11 - 20%	Questionable negative reaction
Score 4	21 - 50%	Questionable positive reaction
Score 6	51 - 80%	Positive reaction
Score 8	81 - 100%	Strong positive reaction
Score 0		no cells
